This fence can be configured in many ways. You can create multiple invisible fenced areas around your backyard, swimming pool, garden bed and other areas of your property using a single wire connection. You can also simply run a single loop around your house or even create an invisible gate at the end of your driveway. Using the radio frequency signal from the transmitter, the e-collar senses the proximity of the dog from the boundary. When the dog reaches your chosen distance level from the wire, the e-collar emits a vibration to warn the dog from progressing further. If the dog goes past the warning distance level, the collar then emits static shock to stop the dog on its tracks. Default static shock level of e-collar on fence mode is equivalent to level 20 on the remote. You can use the remote to increase or decrease this level after paring the collar receiver to the remote. This gives you unrivalled flexibility to match the static level to your dog's size and temperament.
