Lightweight Adjustable Mobility Rear Pet Dog Wheelchair Medium 20-39lb. I bought this from Doggon' Wheels 14 years ago for my English Cocker "Wesley", who had seriously strained his back. He weighed about 35 lbs. The device is adjustable, so it should fit many medium dogs including somewhat taller dogs.
